THE EXPERIENCE OF HAVING PHOTOS WITH SANDRA
STEP 1 - Connect
Tell me about your business, what you do and what you wish to accomplish with your images. I can help you find the right collection for your needs and discuss any concerns you may have about having photos taken.
STEP 2 - Secure
Once we've aligned our schedules and have a clear understanding of the way forward, you secure your booking with a 20% booking fee and a signed written agreement. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before the session.
STEP 3 - Plan
We discuss timelines, exact plans, inspiration and wishes for your collection. This is where we iron out all the details to make sure the shoot runs perfectly smooth.
STEP 4 - Show Up
We execute our shooting plan. Sometimes, during the process, there's a possibility that the occasion offers some in-the-moment inspiration for other ideas. There's room to get creative and experiment together, or simply stick to our plan.
I'll make sure we stay on time and get absolutely everything you wished for. You can focus on what you do best while I take care of the photographs.
SOME SPECIFIC QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE
I'm SO AWKWARD AND SELF CONSCIOUS ABOUT BEING IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. WHAT DO I DO?
Please don't worry. Most people feel exactly the same way. Regardless of what kind of session we are having, You never have to worry about what to do. Either I will capture you as you are or gently guide you where needed.
Can I reschedule if something comes in the way?
Absolutely. If anyone is unwell, or if the weather gets in the way of us achieving what we need, we can definitely reschedule. While I can't always guarantee a spot in the immediate future due to my busy diary, your booking deposit remains completely secure, and we will find a new date that works for both parties.
How far ahead of time should I book you?
Ideally, it is best to get in touch as soon as you know you would like to book a session. While I always pride myself on being as flexible as possible with my diary, weekends and summer slots tend to fill up very quickly. Booking early simply ensures you get first choice of dates before the busy seasons arrive.
Do I have commercial usage rights?
Yes! All brand photography collections include commercial usage rights, so you can use your images to promote your business across your website, social media, digital advertising, printed marketing materials and more.
Your licence covers ongoing use for your own business, with no recurring usage fees. I retain the copyright to the photographs, but you’re free to put your images to work wherever your business needs them, within the agreed licence terms.
What should I wear when being photographed?
While earthy tones, soft neutrals, and subtle textures photograph best together, we can discuss things like this prior to our shoot to make sure no colours or poor outfit choices compromise the look of your images.
After I have gotten my photos, can I ask for any changes to them?
Sure, within 6 months after your gallery has been delivered, you can request slight tweaks to images to suit your marketing plan.
CAN I SUGGEST PHOTOS THAT I WANT YOU TO TAKE?
Absolutely! I love it when you have ideas and show me inspiration for photos that you like. That best shows me how I can make sure you get everything you want. As long as I feel like it somewhat resonates with my style, then I am more than happy to get creative and have some fun!
Can you give me photos that haven't been edited?
Unfortunately, photos that haven't been edited are simply an unfinished product that I will not deliver. And I'm not sure I know of any other professional photographer that would do that.
